● 23 Tai Hang Drive (Haw Par Mansion & Tiger Balm Garden)

The project at Tai Hang Tiger Balm Garden Redevelopment involves piling, footing, ELS, site formation and Green Belt area design. We have been employed by the contractor to provide alternative design to the whole project. We have changed the conforming large diameter bored piles design to shallow footing foundation and redesign the whole site formation. Substantial savings in time and cost have been achieved. The site formation involves cut and fill slopes, soil nailings, skin walls, L-shape retaining wall, pipe-pile wall, mass concrete wall and drainage design.
