The project at Grantham Hospital involves the alternative design of the features 11SW-D/C101 and 11SW-D/C102. We have been employed by the contractor to provide a more cost effective design to those features. We have changed the mini-pile wall to soil nailing tie-back wall and also change the pipe-pile wall to L-shape retaining wall. Substantial time and cost savings have been achieved in this project.
