● Proposed Residential Building at RBL 1201, Wong Ma Kok Road, Stanley, H.K.

W T Chan & Associates Limited was appointed by Simon and Son Construction Engineering and Treasure Construction Engineering Ltd. respectively in 2019 under the contract for pile caps and superstructure construction of Proposed Residential Building at RBL 1201, Wong Ma Kok Road, Stanley. The site area is about 25,300 square metres and is designed for private residential purposes. The total land price is up to HKD $2.8 billion.

Our scope of works includes feasibility study, design and cost-saving design for the ELS Shoring, site formation and retaining wall. Our design team has come up several optimized ELS design and obtained approval from Building Department. The maximum opening width and retaining height of ELS is up to 35m and 20m respectively. As the existing highway and residual building is approximately 5m away from the site boundary, the settlement control would be the major design concern.
