● Contract L2 - Lyric Theatre Complex and the Extended Basement at West Kowloon Cultural District

The project comprises the construction of a world-class theatre complex that comprises a 1,450-seat lyric theatre, a 600-seat medium theatre and a 270-seat studio theatre, along with various dance and rehearsal studios, restaurants, offices, and an information and ticketing centre in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD). The total contract sum is 5.5 billion HKD and the contract period is from November 2018 to September 2023.

W T Chan & Associates has been employed as the Independent Checking Engineer to certify the design works carried by Gammon Construction Limited including tower crane, visual mock up and construction platform.
