● Terminal 1 Annex and Car Park Advanced Works

W T Chan & Associates Limited was appointed by Chun Wo Construction Holding Limited as the Independent Checking Engineer under the Contract of construction works for Hong Kong International Airport, Terminal 1 Annex and Car Park Advance Works (Contract No.: P580). The enhancement works in this project include the construction of Annex Building and expansion of East Hall, extension building of Car Part 4 and Sky Bridge etc. The budget for the main projects is amounted to about HKD$7 billion, with final completion scheduled for 2020.

Our scope of works is to certify demolition, permanent and temporary design works mainly carried by Chun Wo Construction Holding Limited and Meinhardt (Hong Kong) Ltd as the Consulting Engineers.

Type of work including:
● Demolition Design – Car Park canopy, cladding and relevant building structure;
● Temporary Work Design – ELS, hoarding, steel platform, gantry and formwork;
● Permanent Work Design – Footing of Terminal 1 Annex, Car Park and Traffic Sign
