● Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) under Agreement No. ASD/PSB/PM1/PM14/01/08

We have been appointed by Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) under Agreement No. ASD/PSB/PM1/PM14/01/08 to undertake the investigation, design and supervision assignment of upgrading works for 4 nos. of slope features. Our scope of works include desk study, design, tendering and site supervision. The slope upgrading works include soil replacement by soil cement fill, soil nailing works and construction of retaining wall.

We have to follow the submission procedure from ArchSD and Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) to obtain the approval of the design submission. We have to handle with the tendering and funding procedure for the slope upgrading works of ArchSD project. Maintenance Manual and Updating the slope feature record were also prepared and submitted to CEDD after the completion of works.
