● Slope Stabilization Works for No. 4 Headland Road, H.K.

WT Chan & Associates Limited is appointed by Pokfulam Development Co Ltd as the geotechnical consultant for slope stabilization works for slope feature in No. 4 Headland Road, Repulse Bay to existing dangerous hillside order (DHO). Our scope of works includes desk study, design, tendering and site supervision.

The feature is about 22m long with a maximum height of about 30m. The average slope angle of the Feature is about 40 degrees. Existing local fill of the feature is replaced by soil cement fill, hydroseeding with erosion control mat on the entire slope surface to prevent liquefaction. To further improve the slope stability of the feature, soil nail installation is proposed in which the required geotechnical standards can be achieved.
