● Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of Anderson Road Quarry Site

Site formation and infrastructure works are required to suit a series of construction in Anderson Road Quarry site in the future. Such 12 hectares of land is expected to cater the land use demand from commercial, government, community and other institutions.

W T Chan & Associates Ltd was appointed by Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited to conduct Engineer Inspection (EI) and Maintenance Manual (MM) to the site to check the conditions of the existing 37 slope features within the site. We were also appointed as ICE checker for the designs of buttress, rock fall fence and ELS for trench excavation.
